This place suits me perfectly with reliable internet access, a refreshing outdoor swimming pool, and a friendly 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me find my lost bracelet on my first stay! I highly recommend it. I'm coming back for Xmas!

However, one of the elevators was out of service during my stay, leading to longer wait times that could frustrate anyone in a hurry. Additionally, I noticed some cleanliness issues in my room, including a couple of stains on the couch and a missing piece of the closet wall that felt sketchy. Furthermore, I dealt with a broken TV remote that left me unable to change channels—definitely not ideal for winding down in the evening. Given all these issues, it didn’t quite live up to expectations.

The room was comfortable, with a clean bed that made for a good night’s sleep. However, the breakfast left much to be desired. The sausage was undercooked and not appetizing. Trying to get the kitchen staff's attention for more waffle batter was frustrating. Our room wasn’t cleaned one day, and I had to wait quite a while for fresh towels. It felt as though the housekeeping staff was overwhelmed. The bathroom was outdated, and I had to apply extra strength just to turn on the faucet. Even though parts of the stay were pleasant, the breakfast quality and housekeeping service definitely need improvement.

My family and I enjoyed the clean room and spacious two queen beds. The breakfast was also delicious and well-stocked. However, we did notice a strange smell in the hallway.
